The association arose from a non-profit association, which had been formed according to minutes on 2011-06-20.

It should be said that the initiators were some far-sighted people with names like Ulla Jörgensen, Annelie Lindgren, Herluf Thyde and Ingimar Andrésen, all from Myrhult.

The association’s purpose was ”to promote the interests of its members through network connection via high-quality communication with fiber optic cable for, among other things, TV, data, and related and compatible activities” according to its statutes.
